Good Afternoon, 

This message contains important information, some of which is new to ALL families, please read carefully. 

1. Meet Entry and Job Signup are now open on your swimtopia account. "meet entry" means what is your swimmer's availability. From the desktop site you will click at the top menu "Meets & Events">"signup calendar" from there you will see each of our meets with "buttons" for each. 

Through the app, your "home page " of the app will have all the meets if you scroll down a little, you click on the meet and it should be easy to figure from there. PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, we are all learning this new platform together. 

New this year, you will have to declare if your swimmer WILL or WILL NOT attend the meets. There will be a drop down menu next to your swimmer's name the default is "undeclared" the other options are "Not attend this meet" or "Attending this meet" 

Also new this year, all families need to sign up for their required 5 halves by June 1. For those new to the team here is a list of all the volunteer slots and their general descriptions.https://atleegators.swimtopia.com/volunteer-roles

2. It will come as no surprise that we are cancelling practice this evening. For those new to swim team I want to share that the cancellation is not necessarily due to rain, rather the cold temps. If temps are warm enough and rain isn't severe we generally do not cancel practice, in fact many of the kids enjoy a rainy practice.
